All appointment must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your slot. Appointments may be rescheduled up rot 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Any changes within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in loss of payment. All payments are strictly non - refundable. One reschedules is permitted per booking and must be within the same calendar month subject to availability. Failure to attend your appointment (no- show) will result in 100% loss of payment. Please note: Bridal and mobile bookings are subject to a separate booking and payment policy.

For all waxing treatments, hair must be a minimum of approximately grain-of-rice length to ensure effective results. If the hair is too short to proceed, the treatment may be refused, and the full appointment fee will still apply. If you choose to proceed despite insufficient hair length, a consent waiver will be required prior to treatment. Waxing cannot be carried out over open wounds, broken skin, active irritation, significant bruising, or areas of concern. If you request to continue with treatment while avoiding such areas, this may be possible at the therapist’s discretion; however, a waiver must be signed prior to proceeding.

All services requiring a patch test must be paid in full at the time of booking.If you experience a reaction to the patch test, a full refund will be issued upon receipt of photographic evidence. Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or changes within 48 hours will result in the full payment being retained, and a new booking will be required. Failure to complete a patch test at least 48 hours prior to your appointment will result in the appointment being cancelled, and the full-service fee will still apply. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure a patch test is arranged after booking. Once your appointment is confirmed, please contact Legacy LDN Beauty to organise your patch test. Patch tests are required for lash lift, brow lamination, eyelash tinting, and eyebrow tinting services. Patch tests remain valid for 6 months from the date completed. A new patch test is only required after this period. Patch tests completed elsewhere are not valid and must be retaken at Legacy LDN Beauty.

Clients are kindly asked to arrive on time for their appointment. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals later than 10 minutes may incur a £10 late fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may proceed at Legacy LDN Beauty’s discretion; however, it may be shortened or altered, and a waiver may be required to acknowledge any impact on the treatment outcome. Full payment remains due regardless of service completion. Failure to pay may result in further action. If the treatment cannot be completed, a new booking will be required.

Please attend all eyelash, eyebrow, facial waxing, and makeup appointments with a clean, makeup-free face, ensuring all mascara and eye makeup is fully removed prior to arrival. If makeup is not removed, the treatment may not be able to proceed, and full payment will still apply. If the service is carried out regardless, Legacy LDN Beauty cannot be held responsible for the result, including lash retention or makeup finish. If time is required during your appointment for makeup removal, this will be deducted from your treatment time. A £5 charge will apply for the use of salon makeup removers.

Out of hours appointments are available upon request. Please contact Legacy LDN Beauty to arrange this. A £20 out of hours fee will apply.

Makeup appointments requiring travel to a client’s location will incur a travel fee. This fee must be paid in advance and is strictly non-refundable.

Legacy LDN Beauty cannot accept responsibility for results where aftercare advice has not been followed.

Legacy LDN Beauty operates a zero-tolerance policy towards rudeness, aggression, or inappropriate behaviour. All clients are treated with respect and kindness, and the same standard of conduct is expected in return. Services may be refused or terminated if this policy is breached.

Bookings made via Treatwell or any other third-party booking platform are also subject to that platform’s terms and conditions in addition to those of Legacy LDN Beauty. The bookings also do not qualify for a loyalty stamp.

The 5-session Hollywood or Brazilian wax package is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. All standard booking and cancellation policies apply.

Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice; cancellations or changes within this timeframe will result in the session being forfeited and deducted from your package allocation. A single stamp will be issued per package purchased under the loyalty scheme. Please note, loyalty rewards cannot be redeemed against package purchases.

Discount codes and promotional offers are valid only in accordance with their stated terms at the time of booking. Where a promotion requires a minimum number of services (for example, two or more waxing treatments), this condition must be met for the discount to apply. If a discount code is used incorrectly or the stated conditions are not met, the full outstanding balance will become payable prior to the appointment.

The customer will be notified and given the opportunity to settle the balance. Failure to pay the outstanding amount may result in the cancellation of the appointment. In such cases, any payments made will be subject to our cancellation and refund policy.
