All services excluding waxing services require a £20 non – refundable deposit per service, this must be paid to secure the booking. The deposit will be deducted from your final balance. You must bring with you the rest of the final balance on the day of your appointment in the exact cash. The appointment can be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the appointment. Within 48 hours, you forfeit your deposit, and a new booking will need to be made. Please contact us, to reschedule the appointment. Appointments must be rescheduled within in the same calendar month.
Waxing appointments must be paid at the time of booking. Waxing appointments are non – refundable however the appointment can be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the appointment, within the same calendar month. Within 48 hours, you forfeit your deposit, and a new booking will need to be made. Please contact us, to reschedule the appointment.
For all wax appointments, please ensure the hair is long enough (at least the length of grain of rice). If the hair is too short, treatment cannot be completed and you will still be charged. If the client is happy to proceed with treatment, a waiver will need to signed. Waxing can also not be completed on open wounds/ scars/ bruising. If you are still happy to continue with the treatment, and wish for us to wax around such area, this is possible however a waiver must be signed. To complete the treatment on another date, a new booking is required. ß
Services which require a patch test, will need to be paid in full at time of booking. If you have a reaction to the patch test you will be refunded in full. Photographic evidence will need to be provided. The appointment can be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the appointment. Within 48 hours, you forfeit your booking, and a new booking will need to be made. Failure to book a patch test prior to the appointment will result in the appointment not being carried and you will still be charged for the service. The patch test needs to be completed at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Once you have booked your appointment, please contact us to arrange the patch test. A patch test is required for lash lift, brow lamination and eyebrow and eyelash tinting.
Bridal make- up services will also require a deposit to secure the booking, this will be discussed during the consultation, and then Legacy LDN Beauty will send you a payment request. Separate terms and conditions apply, and all of this will be discussed during the consultation.
You must be on time to your appointment. There is a 10-minute grace period, if you are later than 10 minutes, you will be charged a £10 late fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may still go ahead, (at Legacy LDN’s discretion), you will be asked to sign a waiver, to show you understand why your treatment has been left incomplete. You will still be liable to pay for the service in full. Failure to make payment will result in legal action. To finish the treatment a new booking will need to be made.
For intimate waxing, i.e. hollywood/ Brazilian waxing, please ensure this is not booked during your menstrual cycle. The treatment cannot be completed during this time. If you start your cycle on the day of, or just before your appointment, please contact the salon immediately. You are permitted to reschedule your appointment, once, within a 4-week timeframe, from the original appointment. If you need to reschedule again, you will be required to make a new booking, and you will forfeit your original booking. This only applies to hollywood and Brazilian wax.
Please do not wear any make up for your eyelash, make up, eyebrow or facial waxing appointment, and ensure all make up has been removed prior to the appointment, especially mascara. If make up has not been removed, you may be at risk for the treatment not being carried out and will still be charged. If the treatment is still carried out, then Legacy LDN Beauty will not be held responsible, for the results i.e. eyelash extension retention or final finish of make-up. If you remove any make up during your allocated slot, this will feed into your appointment, as a result your treatment may be incomplete. You will also be charged £5 for the use of our make up removers.
Lash Lift (LVL) and tinting appointments require a patch test 48 hours prior to the appointment. If you have not booked this the lash artist cannot complete the service and you will be liable to pay for the service in full. The patch test is valid for 6 months from the date it is completed. So, this does not need to be booked each time you revisit. If you have had a patch test elsewhere, this is not valid with Legacy LDN Beauty and must complete another one.
Please do not wear fake tan to a waxing or brow lamination appointment as this could be removed during treatment. Legacy LDN Beauty will not be liable, if any fake tan is removed during the treatment.
Legacy LDN Beauty cannot offer any lash extensions or lash lift (LVL) or brow lamination services to pregnant women. If an appointment has still been made, Legacy LDN Beauty will allow the client to reschedule their appointment until after their pregnancy. The appointment can be rescheduled up to 18 months from the time of the existing booking. After this time, you will forfeit your deposit and a new deposit will be required.
Out of hours appointments are available. Please contact Legacy LDN Beauty to arrange this. An additional £20 fee will apply.
Make – up bookings which require us to travel to you will incur a travel fee. This will need to be paid prior to the booking and is non- refundable.
Legacy LDN Beauty are not liable if aftercare advice has not been followed.
Legacy LDN Beauty have a zero tolerance to rudeness or aggression. We treat our clients with great respect and kindness, and we expect the same in return.
Bookings made on Treatwell, or any other booking tool must comply to the booking conditions on that tool.
LOYALTY SCHEME POLICY
Bookings which are made directly through Legacy LDN Beauty only qualify for the Squid loyalty scheme.
